We are seeking an experienced International BPO professional to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our international clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to international clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain customer records and documentation accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Achieve individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and call handling metrics.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-7 years of experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other language (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
