We are seeking an experienced International BPO professional to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our international clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to international clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain customer records and documentation accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Achieve individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and call handling metrics.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-7 years of experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
• Proficiency in English and at least one other language (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
