Responsibilities and Duties:

  • The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service specialist would be:
  • Handling escalations and complex queries.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls / Emails/ Chats
  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Key skills required:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
