Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate with experience in the US healthcare process. The role involves working with US clients, verifying patient insurance eligibility, and handling medical billing tasks. The candidate should understand US health insurance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with US customers and insurance companies
Verify patient insurance eligibility (EBV)
Understand US healthcare processes and guidelines
Fill out and submit insurance claim forms
Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOB) forms
Follow up with insurance companies and patients for payments
Review and understand patient medical records
Assign correct medical codes and bill insurance providers
Coordinate with doctors and medical assistants for accuracy
Maintain patient data across multiple visits
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and information security

Requirements:

Experience in US healthcare
Knowledge of eligibility verification and claims processing
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Attention to detail and ability to manage coded information
