Role Overview
HGS is seeking an experienced and strategic Internal Communications Manager (Contract) to drive and execute the company's internal communication agenda across geographies. The role requires a seasoned communications professional with strong business acumen, storytelling capability and stakeholder management expertise. The individual will play a critical role in aligning employees with the company's vision, strategy and transformation priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned with business objectives and leadership priorities
- Partner closely with global leadership, HR and business heads to drive messaging around transformation, growth, culture and employee engagement
- Craft high impact content including leadership messages, town halls, organizational announcements, change communications and employee campaigns
- Lead communication planning for strategic initiatives including digital transformation, ESG, diversity and inclusion and business expansion
- Manage internal communication channels including intranet, newsletters, emailers, collaboration platforms and video messaging
- Ensure consistency of tone, narrative and brand voice across all internal touchpoints
- Design and implement measurement frameworks to track effectiveness and employee engagement
- Provide communication advisory support to senior leaders and guide them on executive messaging
- Lead crisis and sensitive communications internally in partnership with leadership and HR
- Coordinate with agency partners and cross functional teams where applicable

Experience Profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications or related roles
- Proven experience in a global organization
- Experience in BPM, IT services, consulting or similar industry preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership teams
