Intern- Technology Risk & Compliance

Key Deliverables:

• Support regulatory and compliance audits for fintech licenses (e-KYC, UPI, Wallet, etc.)
• Conduct vendor risk assessments under the Third-Party Risk Management program
• Interpret regulations to align with PhonePe's business and gather compliance evidence
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance

Role Responsibilities:

• Engage cross-functional teams to meet IT compliance obligations
• Analyze and translate regulatory requirements into internal control measures
• Evaluate and document vendor risks and recommend mitigation actions
• Prepare evidence and documentation for ongoing and ad-hoc audits
