Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates on next steps.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, feedback, and next steps.
• Maintain candidate trackers, ATS records, and recruitment databases.
• Assist with JD creation and job postings.
• Participate in recruitment drives and other TA initiatives.
• Support candidate follow-ups, documentation, and offer coordination.
• Prepare basic recruitment reports and support the TA team with day-to-day activities.
