What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for current students or recent graduates who want hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing across our consulting, product, and analytics teams. The intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in executing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, and coordinating recruitment activities while learning best practices in hiring and employer branding.
What You'll Do
- Assist with sourcing candidates through job portals, the careers page, and social media channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Facebook) to increase applicant flow and build talent pipelines.
- Support full life-cycle recruitment activities including resume screening, initial candidate outreach, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records for roles across India and the US market.
- Collect and summarize feedback from internal stakeholders and new hires to help improve recruitment processes.
- Support senior HR personnel with campus/university recruiting activities and onboarding coordination.
- Help manage the Employee Referral program and respond to routine staff inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits under guidance from senior team members.
Must have
- Current student (undergraduate/graduate) or recent graduate in commerce, management, HR, or a related field with a strong academic record.
- Eagerness to learn recruiting practices; prior recruitment experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a proactive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to HR/recruitment tools is advantageous.
Technology Knowledge: HRIS, ATS, MS Suite (MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
