Job Title: Intern – Order Management
Location: Gurugram
Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns to support our Order Management team in handling international e-commerce operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to global client handling and backend operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in order processing and tracking for international clients
Support in generating shipping documents and reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
Handle basic customer queries and escalations
Maintain data and reports using Excel
Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing or recently completed graduation (any stream)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Good communication skills
Willingness to work in evening/night shift
