Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Own customer training requests and source the best training suppliers globally across Europe, USA, and APAC regions, supporting multiple time zones.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing deals including contracts, delivery, and quality across the complete procurement cycle, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Identify and deliver cost savings through effective sourcing strategies.
- Perform supplier rationalization and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to organize and manage training events.
- Manage end-to-end training administration through customer Learning Management Systems (LMS) within agreed service levels

Educational Qualification
Qualification
- Graduate or Post Graduate qualification preferred (MBA or Bachelor's in Technology).
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, and CRM tools.
Experience
- Experience working with suppliers in the learning or training industry is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to international sourcing and supplier quality assessment.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build supplier relationships while driving cost efficiency, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing work queues and multiple priorities.
- Strong written, verbal, email, and presentation communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Comfortable working across global time zones and languages.
