Sourcing: Find good job seekers using job boards, social media like LinkedIn, and professional networks.

Screening: Read resumes and check if applicants match what the job needs.

Scheduling: Set up phone calls and in-person interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Communication: Answer applicant questions and send status updates or follow-up messages.

• Requirements:
• Proficiency in sourcing, boolean search.
• Exposure to any sourcing platform for recruitment purpose.
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude towards organizational growth.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
