About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic TA / HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and HR operations while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.
Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening calls and assess basic suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS/recruitment database.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Assist in salary discussions and offer-related coordination under the guidance of the recruiter.
Support documentation and pre-joining formalities for selected candidates.
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and provide hiring updates.
Assist with bulk hiring and recruitment drives as required.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
Perform other HR and Talent Acquisition activities as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, or any relevant graduation/postgraduation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of Boolean Search and candidate sourcing techniques.
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
Prior academic/project exposure to recruitment or HR will be an advantage.
