AND AcademyPvt. Ltd. invites applications for the position of Intern- Student Assistance & Alumni Relations to join our company and act as a point of contact by linking employees, internal departments, and customers.

Work Experience :

Fresher to 1 year of experience in the customer facing role, preferably in education.

Education :

Graduate from a reputed institution (Post Grad is a Plus)

Job Description :

• Focal point of contact for Alumni, students, faculty members, admissions teams and other key stakeholders.
• Student onboarding –Documentation and fee Processing
• Alumni Relations - Building and maintaining connects with all AND Alumni
• Alumni Relations - Nurturing the community by constantly adding value
• Maintaining student information in an organized, easy-to-analyze format
• Maintaining reports
• Facilitation and maximizing turnout for AND Events.

Personality & Must have :

• Basic Knowledge of Google sheets and Docs,
• Excellent Communication, writing and note-taking skills
• Ability to maintain accurate students record and data
• Basic math abilities and an understanding of basic financial concepts
• Professional appearance and courteous manner
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate across departments

Work Timings :

9.00 am – 06.00 pm (Monday to Friday)

10.00 am - 05.00 pm (Saturday), 2 Saturdays off (Work from office only)
