This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Interiors BOQ Estimation and Costing Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for creating and analyzing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), preparing cost estimations, conducting on-site measurements and procurement analysis, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers. They will also ensure project budgets are aligned with estimates and offer technical guidance to the design and project management teams.

• Expertise in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and rate analysis
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management software
• Experience with on-site measurements, procurement planning, and vendor coordination
• Thorough understanding of construction materials, interior design elements, and market rate analysis
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects
• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Prior experience in residential, commercial, or institutional interior projects
