Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee on-site execution of interior design projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily site activities, coordinating with vendors and workers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and interior work execution
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion
- Manage site labor and material usage efficiently
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
- Handle basic site documentation and reporting
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols
- Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Basic understanding of interior drawings and execution details
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and site processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential/commercial interior projects
- Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings
- Vendor management experience
Salary Range
₹15,000 – ₹35,000/month (depending on experience and skill level)
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel and stay at project sites for the duration of assigned projects
- Immediate joiners preferred
