Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Civil Engineer Fresher to join our team. You will be involved in various phases of civil engineering projects, including planning, designing, execution, and supervision. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time infrastructure development and the opportunity to work under experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Support designing of structures, layouts, and site plans using AutoCAD or similar tools.
• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and quality checks.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other team members.
• Ensure projects are executed within timelines, safety standards, and quality parameters.
• Help prepare technical reports, BOQs, estimates, and documentation.
• Learn and follow relevant codes, regulations, and best practices (e.g., IS Codes, NBC).

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and site execution

Familiarity with AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or other design tools

Good communication and team collaboration skills

Willingness to work on-site and travel as per project requirements

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced project environment
