Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting interior products and design solutions
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in interior design and showroom products
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Prepare and present product demonstrations and visual presentations
- Manage inventory and assist with showroom displays
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in showroom sales or interior design
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp)
- Knowledge of materials, fabrics, and finishes related to interior design
- Ability to understand and interpret customer needs and preferences
- Sales-driven with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
