Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Interior Operations Incharge. The position involves overseeing daily project operations, managing teams, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining high standards of quality. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, coordinating with designers and contractors, optimizing workflows, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety and sustainability standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Supervisory Skills and team management
- Strong capabilities in Operations and Operations Management
- Analytical Skills to troubleshoot issues and improve efficiency
- Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
- Knowledge of interior design and construction workflows is a plus
- Relevant educational background in operations, design management, or a related field
