Location: Raipur (Chhattisgarh)
Period of Project: 4 to 6 months, then will be transferred to other projects in Pune or other locations wherever projects are available.
Consultancy Fees: ₹80,000 – ₹85,000 per month.
Only 10% TDS will be deducted, which can be claimed/reimbursed while filing your Income Tax Return as per applicable rules.
Upon successful completion of the project and based on performance evaluation, you will be considered for a full-time payroll position with the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities- Act as the Client's Representative, managing the entire Interior Fit-Out (Civil & MEP) project.
- Review project plans, GFC drawings, design intent, and provide technical and strategic inputs.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, client stakeholders, and contractors for smooth execution.
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and quality, ensuring timely delivery as per milestones.
- Conduct site visits & inspections to ensure workmanship, specifications, and safety compliance.
- Review & validate shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements from contractors.
- Track project costs, budgets, and variations, and provide recommendations to clients.
- Lead progress review meetings with contractors, vendors, and consultants; prepare MoMs.
- Prepare and submit DPRs, WPRs, and MPRs to the client.
- Ensure all statutory, safety, and quality compliance requirements are met.
- Identify risks/delays, escalate issues, and propose mitigation measures.
- Maintain transparent communication with the client, safeguarding their interests.
Preferred Candidate Profile- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 9 –12 years of Interior Fit-Out Project Management experience (preferably with PMC/Client-side exposure).
- Strong knowledge of both Civil & MEP works in office, commercial, or retail interiors.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and client management skills.
- Proficient in MS Project/Primavera, MS Office, and reporting tools.
- Sound knowledge of local building codes, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Ability to lead client interactions and manage multiple contractors/vendors effectively.
