Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and creative Interior Designer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in residential interiors. The ideal candidate should possess a strong proficiency in SketchUp, Layout, AutoCAD, and Enscape, coupled with a keen eye for design aesthetics and a passion for creating functional and visually appealing living spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints.
- Develop innovative and practical design concepts for residential spaces.
- Create detailed design plans, including furniture layouts, color schemes, and material selections.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Enscape to create 3D models, floor plans, and renderings.
- Generate accurate and detailed construction documents for implementation.
- Research and stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and products in the interior design industry.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and present ideas to clients.
- Incorporate client feedback and preferences into the design process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects stay within budget.
- Work collaboratively with other designers, Senior designer, and project manager and Manager as a cohesive team.
- Share knowledge and insights to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential interior design.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Enscape.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed residential projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred.
