Role Description The Interior Designer will work full time on-site in Delhi, India, collaborating closely with project stakeholders to design functional and visually engaging office environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing conceptual designs, preparing layout plans, and translating client requirements into detailed interior solutions for performance-driven workspaces. The role involves coordinating FF&E selections, preparing construction drawings, and working with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure accurate execution of design intent. The Interior Designer will also conduct site visits, review progress, propose design refinements, and help maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interior design skills, including concept development and workplace-focused Interior Design.
• Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture concepts to create efficient, ergonomic layouts.
• Experience with FF&E selection, specification, and coordination aligned with project budgets.
• Working knowledge of design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape).
• Understanding of materials, finishes, building services, and local building regulations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and on-site.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in commercial or office projects is an advantage.
