Role Description This is a full-time Interior Designer role based in Noida with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, create mood boards, and prepare detailed layouts aligned with project requirements and client preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and preparing construction and interior drawings. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure designs are executed accurately and on schedule. The Interior Designer will also participate in client meetings, present design proposals, incorporate feedback, and support project documentation and site visits as needed.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Interior Design and FF&E selection for residential, commercial, or corporate spaces.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize layouts for functionality, safety, and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of Architecture and the ability to collaborate effectively with architectural and engineering teams.
- Experience preparing detailed Construction Drawings and design documentation for execution on site.
- Ability to use design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong visualization, creativity, and attention to detail, with good color, material, and lighting sense.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior industry experience is an advantage.
