Interior Designer

Position - Interior Supervisor,

Work Location - Gurgaon

We are seeking a highly vigilant, detail-oriented, and proactive Interior Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site execution and fit-out activities for our premium residential and commercial projects in Gurgaon. You will be responsible for translating design blueprints into flawless physical realities while maintaining the highest standards of structural quality, cost-efficiency, and safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • • • • • • Site Execution & Supervision: Monitor daily on-site interior fit-out activities, ensuring that carpentered modules, flooring, ceiling works, and electrical installations align perfectly with approved 2D layouts and architectural blueprints.

Vendor & Labor Management: Coordinate directly with specialized sub-contractors, modular furniture vendors, civil labor forces, and MEP technicians to ensure optimal manpower deployment and task completion.

Quality Assurance & Material Tracking: Inspect incoming raw materials, fittings, and hardware for quality check compliance. Minimize material wastage and maintain strict inventory logs.

Timeline Adherence: Maintain close tracking of project micro-milestones to ensure handover timelines are met without compromising craftsmanship.

Snagging & Problem Solving: Identify, log, and rectify structural snags or execution deviations immediately on-site, serving as the core problem-solver between the design studio and the site labor.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict workplace housekeeping and safety compliance standards across all ongoing project locations.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS.

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or an equivalent practical trade field. Strong experience in supervising high-end residential, turnkey commercial, or corporate office interior setups.

In-depth knowledge of interior materials, woodworking joinery, modular hardware systems, and false ceiling details.

Ability to read and accurately interpret complex architectural blueprints, AutoCAD drawings, and service schematics.

Robust communication skills to confidently command labor forces and share precise daily progress updates with project managers.
