Position: Interior Designer – Workplace Interiors

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Mon- Fri)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our Workplace Design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative workplace design concepts, preparing design presentations, coordinating with clients and consultants, and supporting projects through design development and execution stages.The role requires a strong understanding of commercial office interiors, workplace planning, materials, and construction detailing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop workplace interior concepts aligned with client requirements, business objectives, and workplace trends
• Prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, concept presentations, and design proposals
• Create detailed drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and furniture layouts
• Coordinate with MEP consultants, project managers, vendors, and execution teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct site visits and support project teams during execution
• Assist in material selection, finishes, furniture specifications, and value-engineering exercise
• Participate in client meetings, design workshops, and presentation discussions
• Prepare BOQs and design documentation required for project execution
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and workplace design guidelines
• Stay updated with emerging workplace trends, sustainable design practices, and innovative materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in commercial workplace interior design
• Experience in corporate office, coworking, or workplace fit-out projects will be preferred
• Strong portfolio showcasing workplace design projects.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or similar 3D visualization tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of workplace planning principles and commercial interior detailing.
• Knowledge of materials, furniture systems, finishes, and fit-out execution processes.
