About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer with 25 years of professional experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and high-quality 3D rendering, along with the ability to independently handle projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative design concepts based on client requirements and project briefs
Prepare detailed 2D drawings including layouts, working drawings, and construction documentation
Create realistic 3D models and photorealistic renderings
Use industry-standard 3D software and rendering tools efficiently
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants
Conduct site visits to ensure design execution as per drawings
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications
Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining design quality
Mentor junior designers and interns when required
Required Skills & Software Knowledge
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting)
Expertise in 3D software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar rendering tools
Knowledge of Photoshop for presentation and post-render enhancements
Good understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture design
Strong visualization and space planning skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
25 years of relevant experience in interior design projects
Strong portfolio showcasing 2D and 3D work
