Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer who can handle residential and commercial interior projects from concept to execution. The role involves design development, client coordination, drawings, material selection, and site execution support, ensuring designs are delivered with high quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities- Develop design concepts, layouts, and mood boards
- Prepare working drawings, 3D views, and presentations
- Create detailed furniture, joinery & wall panel drawings
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors
- Visit sites for measurements, supervision, and execution checks
- Select materials, finishes, hardware, and lighting
- Ensure designs are executed as per drawings and timelines
- Coordinate with production/factory teams (for custom furniture)
- Handle revisions and design changes during execution
Required Skills- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Knowledge of SketchUp / 3ds Max / Lumion / Enscape (preferred)
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing
- Strong visualization and spatial planning skills
- Good communication & client-handling ability
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Practical site and execution knowledge is essential
