Design & Technical Responsibilities
- Understanding interior design concept, layouts, and making detailed production drawings based on client requirements.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, hardware fittings and factory production processes.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams
- Conduct site visits to ensure design accuracy and quality execution
- Resolve technical and site/Production-related issues during project execution
Sales & Client Management Responsibilities
- Meet prospective clients, understand requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Providing relevant design solutions, materials, and additional services.
- Coordinate with internal sales, procurement, and execution teams
- Handle client feedback, revisions, and approvals professionally
Required Skills & Technical Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, and detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS office.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and modular systems
- Knowledge of site execution, measurements, and coordination
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
Sales & Soft Skills
- Proven experience in production Knowledge & design consultation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Professional attitude with strong follow-up skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design or related field
- Relevant certifications are an added advantage
- Experience in High End Residences/Furnishing/Commercials.
- Experience working with Modular furniture & mill working.
- Prior experience handling end-to-end projects.
