Job Title: Executive - Construction & Design

Position: Full time
Experience: 1-3 Years
Compensation Structure: 2.5-3 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Work under senior designer, manage assigned project deliverables at concept, schematic,
and design development in given time.
- Develop project design and presentation drawings as needed.
- Familiar with color theory, lighting, material palette, basic design principles, space planning.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Google Sketch Up, Photoshop.
- Understanding of design requirements from the client/architect and designer.
- Understanding of Site lay-out/map.
- Perform any additional responsibilities related to your work as may be requested or assigned
from time to time.
Requirements:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design software
- Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years (Relevant)
- Strong Communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills
- Open to travel for club visits across India.
