Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, budget, and project scope.
- Develop space planning layouts and conceptual design solutions.
- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D design visualizations to present design concepts to clients.
- Prepare mood boards, material selections, finishes, and color schemes.
- Prepare working drawings, detailed execution drawings, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality and accuracy.
- Manage project timelines and ensure completion within budget and schedule.
Source materials, furniture, lighting, and dcor as per design requirements.
- Resolve site-related design issues and provide practical solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure continuous client coordination throughout the project.
