KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Create concept designs and work from inception to completion in your projects.
- Assist in design development and preparation of architectural drawings.
- Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure design alignment
- Coordinate & support on-site activities and help resolve design and execution-related issues.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and project requirements.
- Visiting sites and markets for project's need while assisting the Principal Architect in his meetings.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:-
- Bachelor's in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 0 to 1 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Suite.
- Strong skill set in drafting & translation of designs to working drawings.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and task management skills.
- Zeal to learn and grow and not leaving unfinished tasks.
