Interior Designer

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Architect to lead the end-to-end design and execution of our in-house office premises. This is a newly created position, offering the opportunity to take complete ownership of office interiors- from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

:· Develop architectural and interior design concepts for our commercial office spaces

.· Prepare detailed working drawings, layout plans, and 3D visualizations

.· Identify, shortlist, and negotiate with vendors and contractors

.· Oversee and supervise the on-site execution to ensure quality and timely delivery

.· Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure smooth execution

.· Monitor budgets, material selection, and timelines

.· Ensure the final deliverables align with design intent and business needs

Requirement

s:· Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandator

y.· Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in architectural design and executio

n.· Prior experience in commercial interiors is essential; residential interiors experience will be an added advantag

e.· Strong design sensibility, project management, and vendor coordination skill

s.· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design softwar

e.· Excellent communication, negotiation, and site supervision capabilitie
