About the Role:

We are looking for a Jr. Interior Designer to support our design team with CAD-based drafting, working drawings, quantity extraction, and design documentation for interior fitout projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drafting & Drawings: Prepare, develop, and modify interior working drawings using CAD software (layouts, joinery, electrical, plumbing, and other interior elements)

· Quantity Extraction: Derive quantities (BOQ / quantity take-offs) accurately from drawings to support estimation and tendering

· Design Coordination: Update drawings based on site inputs and design revisions; assist with measurements and drawing verification during site visits

· Collaboration: Coordinate drawings with contractors, suppliers, and internal team members

· Documentation & Presentations: Prepare reports and coordination records in MS Word; create basic PowerPoint presentations for reviews and client discussions

· Organization: Maintain and organize drawings, models, and project documentation

Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

· 2–3 years of experience in interior drafting or design support

· Proficiency in AutoCAD for interior drafting

· Ability to read drawings and extract quantities accurately

· Basic understanding of BIM concepts

· Working knowledge of MS Word and MS PowerPoint

· Attention to detail and understanding of execution drawings

Preferred (Nice to Have)

· Exposure to joinery, electrical, and plumbing drawings

· SketchUp and Photoshop skills for basic 3D views

· Familiarity with BIM coordination processes

· Good communication and coordination skills
