Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to support hospitality design projects. The ideal candidate will assist in developing guest-centric interiors while learning industry standards, materials, and workflows specific to hospitality environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in developing concepts and layouts for hospitality spaces
- Support preparation of space plans, mood boards, 2D drawings, and 3D visuals
- Help document client briefs and operational requirements
- Make design revisions based on client, brand, and senior team feedback
- Assist in preparing presentations, mock-ups, and FF&E boards
- Coordinate with vendors for samples, specifications, and pricing
- Maintain organized project documentation and drawing sets
- Research hospitality design trends, materials, and global concepts
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
- 0–6 years of experience or relevant internships in hospitality or commercial interiors
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Strong interest in hospitality design and guest experience
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn site and execution processes
