With a growing team of 100+ professionals across manufacturing, design, applications, software, controls, projects, and sales, Anzo Controls is expanding rapidly. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Mechanical Design Engineer – Freshers who want to build their careers in robotics and industrial automation.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems for automation and material handling solutions such as conveyors, robotics, palletizers, gantry systems, and AGVs/AMRs.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Support the preparation of manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and BOMs.
- Understand and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
- Work closely with senior design engineers and cross-functional teams including manufacturing, controls, and projects.
- Assist in new product development and customization based on project requirements.
- Support the engineering team during manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
- Participate in design reviews and documentation activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions as per company standards.
- Learn and develop knowledge in automation systems, robotics integration, and material handling equipment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Basic working knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
- Basic understanding of mechanical components, fabrication, and assembly processes.
- Interest in robotics, automation, and industrial machinery design.
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking ability.
- Willingness to learn and work on shop floor when required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to build a career in automation engineering.
Compensation
- Internship Period: ₹15,000 per month (First 6 Months)
- After Successful Completion: Full-time role with ₹4 LPA CTC
