Role Description

This full-time, on-site, on CIEL payroll, Interior Designer position is located in Pune. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for designing interior spaces following company and client guidelines, preparing and presenting design concepts, and selecting appropriate materials, furnishings, and colors that align with project objectives. The candidate will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless execution from concept to completion. Additional tasks may include managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in space planning, 3D design, and creating detailed interior design layouts
• Expertise in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, color theory, and furniture placement
• Project management skills, including vendor coordination and budget management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with various teams and clients
• A degree in Interior Design or Architecture, or equivalent relevant experience
• Familiarity with sustainability and eco-friendly design principles is an added advantage
• Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
