Role Description Senior Interior Designer
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer at our Pune studio. The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design process from concept to completion, including space planning, developing detailed design concepts and managing FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection.
The role involves preparing and reviewing construction drawings, coordinating closely with architects, consultants and contractors, conducting regular site visits and ensuring smooth project execution within timelines and budgets.
Qualifications Senior Interior Designer
Strong expertise in space planning and end-to-end interior design
Proficiency in architectural and construction drawings Extensive experience with FF&E selection
Proven ability to manage projects independently from concept to execution
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar tools
Minimum 5 years of professional experience preferred
Prior experience in residential and commercial interior projects is required
Leadership or team mentoring experience is a plus
Role Description Junior Interior Designer
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Interior Designer at our Pune studio. The Junior Interior Designer will support the design team in developing concepts, space planning and preparing presentations and drawings.
The role includes assisting with FF&E research and selections, preparing basic construction drawings, coordinating with vendors and site teams under guidance and participating in site visits. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow hands-on experience in residential and commercial interior projects within a collaborative studio environment.
Qualifications Junior Interior Designer
Basic knowledge of space planning and interior design principles
Familiarity with architectural and construction drawings
Interest or initial experience in FF&E research and coordination
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field
Minimum 2 years of professional experience preferred
Ability to work collaboratively and take design guidance effectively
