Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer with 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing residential interiors, preparing drawings, coordinating with clients and execution teams, and ensuring that design concepts are implemented accurately on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing residential interior spaces based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, and detailed working drawings using design software.
- Support the senior design team in creating concepts, mood boards, and material selections.
- Conduct site visits and measurements to ensure design accuracy.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and the execution team for design implementation.
- Help prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design presentations.
- Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aligned with project budgets.
- Address client queries and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
Required Skills
- SketchUp, Vray, Enscape or other 3D visualization tools is mandatory.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Basic understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture design.
- Good sense of space planning, color, and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Interior Architecture.
- 13 years of experience in residential interior design.
