ABOUT EVERYINCH

Everyinch is an interior design studio that specialises in premium residences and office space, crafting spaces with intent - where every detail, finish, and inch of a home is considered. We work closely with our clients to design homes that are functional, expressive, and built to last.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an Interior Designer with 2 - 4 years of residential experience to take ownership of projects from brief to handover. You will translate client briefs into thoughtful design concepts, produce detailed working drawings, curate materials and finishes, and partner with our execution team to bring the design to life on site.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

▸ Develop residential design concepts - mood boards, space plans, 3D visualizations - aligned to client brief and budget.

▸ Prepare GFC working drawings: floor plans, ceiling, electrical, plumbing, elevations, and joinery details.

▸ Curate materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture; prepare BOQs and finish schedules.

▸ Present designs and drive approvals through clear, confident client communication.

▸ Conduct site visits, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and resolve execution issues.

▸ Track timelines, costs, and quality through to a clean, snag-free handover.

▸ Contribute to studio resources - vendor lists, material libraries, design references.

WHAT YOU BRING

▸ Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, or related field.

▸ 2 - 4 years of hands-on residential interior design experience (full project lifecycle).

▸ Strong AutoCAD skills; SketchUp + rendering (V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion).(optional)

▸ Solid understanding of materials, joinery, finishes, lighting, and residential MEP basics.

▸ Eye for detail, strong design sensibility, and the ability to defend design choices with rationale.

▸ Clear communication, ownership mindset, and comfort managing multiple projects in parallel.
