*KNOWLEDGE SKILLS REQUIRED*
- B.Arch. / Bachelors in Interior Design.
- 812 years of professional design experience.
- Experience with interior projects in residential, hospitality, and workspace sectors.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Illustrator, or other design software.
*ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES*
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake design projects from concept to completion.
- Understand clients needs and develop design concepts in consultation, establishing final briefs.
- Manage mood boards, furniture layouts, design development, drawing reviews, site coordination, and staging.
- Select material palettes and furniture based on technical, functional, and budget criteria.
- Collaborate with 3D designers for visualizations.
- Document and convey design solutions for execution.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
