Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Interior Designer based in Chennai. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating functional and visually appealing design concepts, planning space efficiently, updating construction drawings, and working on furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) specifications. Collaboration with architects, contractors, and clients will be integral to successfully executing interior and architectural projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Space Planning and Interior Design for residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in Architecture and the ability to develop detailed Construction Drawings.
• Knowledge of FF&E specifications and material selection for projects.
• Strong layout design, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in residential projects and/or modular interior execution is a plus.
