Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal Interior Designer based in Chennai. The Principal Interior Designer will oversee all aspects of interior design projects, including space planning, concept development, and the production of detailed construction drawings. The role also involves managing FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) specifications, collaborating with architects and contractors, and delivering high-quality results that align with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design principles
• Experience with Architecture and creating comprehensive Construction Drawings
• Expertise in Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection and management
• Strong project management and team leadership skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
• Prior experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
