Role Description

This is a project base, on-site role based in Pune for an Interior Designer. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and conceptualizing interior design plans, performing space planning and layout development, preparing construction drawings, and collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients. The role will also include selecting and specifying FF&E (furnishings, fixtures, and equipment) to ensure design quality and alignment with project requirements. Regular site visits to oversee project execution and ensure design adherence may also be required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design practices
• Experience in Architecture and ability to interpret and contribute to Construction Drawings
• Familiarity with selecting and specifying FF&E
• Strong organizational, communication, and client relationship management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related tools
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and sustainability principles in interior design is an advantage
