Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer for a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for developing creative interior design concepts and delivering high-quality designs that align with client needs and preferences. Your daily tasks will include space planning, preparing construction drawings, selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and collaborating with architects and project teams to ensure seamless execution of designs. You will also provide guidance to junior designers and actively communicate with clients to bring their vision to life.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Strong knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, with the ability to develop precise and detailed plans.
- Experience in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and specifications for customized interior projects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven project management abilities to meet timelines and manage deliverables efficiently.
- Expertise in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar applications.
- A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in residential or kitchen-oriented design projects preferred.
