Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mylapore for an Interior Design Sales professional. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting interior hardware and design solutions, presenting product options, and creating personalized recommendations. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, understanding client needs, providing space planning advice, and collaborating with colleagues to meet sales targets. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to stay updated on the latest trends in home interiors and furniture.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Sales skills with a customer-focused approach
- Knowledge in Interior Design and Space Planning to provide creative design solutions
- Understanding of Furniture and related design trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and build lasting client relationships
- Experience in the interior design or hardware industry is a plus
- Diploma or higher qualification in Interior Design, Sales, or a related field
