Role Description
We are seeking a high-performing Interior Design Sales Professional to join our Bengaluru team (on-site). This role is ideal for individuals who bring together a strong design sensibility with a results-driven business mindset.
You will own the end-to-end client journey—from initial engagement to project closure—by translating client requirements into tailored solutions while driving revenue growth. This is a client-facing, high-impact role where your ability to build trust, influence decisions, and deliver results will contribute directly to business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to project closure
- Engage with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget
- Present customized design and furniture solutions aligned with client expectations
- Collaborate closely with internal design teams to ensure seamless execution
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Deliver a premium, consultative experience throughout the customer journey
Qualifications
- Proven strength in Sales and Customer Service, with a track record of engaging clients, understanding their needs, and converting opportunities into measurable business growth.
- In-depth knowledge of contemporary furniture trends, materials, and products, enabling the recommendation of innovative and client-appropriate design solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build, nurture, and sustain strong client relationships and stakeholder trust.
- Highly collaborative team player with strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in interior design, furniture sales, or a related field will be prioritized.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
