About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Interior Designer for a full-time hybrid role located in Delhi, India, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading the conceptualization and execution of interior design projects, including space planning, the creation of construction drawings, and the selection of furniture, finishes, and equipment (FF&E). The role involves coordinating with clients and project stakeholders, supervising design teams, and ensuring projects meet high standards of quality and client satisfaction. The candidate will also manage project budgets and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of interior design projects.
- Conduct space planning and create construction drawings.
- Select furniture, finishes, and equipment (FF&E).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetic interiors.
- Strong expertise in Architecture and Construction Drawings to oversee project design and execution.
- Experience in FF&E selection, including sourcing furniture, materials, and finishes to meet client needs.
- Leadership and project management skills to direct design teams and manage project timelines effectively.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience managing high-profile projects is a plus.
