This is a full-time Interior Design Sales role based on-site in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding their interior design requirements, and providing customized solutions. Responsibilities include presenting design concepts, promoting furniture and space planning services, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate will collaborate closely with the design team and oversee client satisfaction from consultation to project completion.

• Proven skills in Customer Service and relationship management, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs
• Knowledge and experience in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create appealing and functional designs
• Sales expertise, particularly in communicating value propositions and achieving sales targets within the interior design sector
• Familiarity with furniture trends and design, with the capacity to make informed recommendations to clients
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset
• Relevant experience in the interior design or home furnishing industry is preferred
• A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
