Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager - Interior Design, located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing client communications, understanding client design requirements, supporting the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties include generating leads, maintaining relationships with clients, preparing sales presentations, and coordinating with the design and execution teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client preferences, requirements and budget constraints.
- Knowledge of interior design trends and concepts, along with the ability to interpret client needs into design requirements.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in the relevant industry
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, interior design, or a related field is required.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends and product offerings.
- Work closely with the interior design team to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of our interior design services and products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure a deep understanding of our design portfolio.
- Identify and target potential clients in the residential projects.
- Conducted sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients in our experience centre.
- Negotiate estimation and close sales deals.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge and passion for interior design and related products.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Previous experience in interior design sales is a must.
- Experience in the interior design or real estate industry is an advantage.
