Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Project Manager to oversee interior design projects from site measurement to final handover. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, vendor management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Manage end-to-end execution of interior projects (residential/villas/apartments/commercial spaces)
- Develop project timelines, schedules, and execution strategies
- Coordinate with design, production, and site teams for smooth workflow
Site Management
- Conduct site visits for measurements, planning, and progress tracking
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor quality of carpentry, modular installations, finishes, and fittings
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate with carpenters, contractors, modular vendors, and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing and ensure cost-effective procurement as needed
- Track material deliveries and manage inventory at site
Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during execution
- Provide regular updates on project progress
- Handle client concerns and ensure satisfaction at every stage
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all work meets design specifications and quality benchmarks
- Maintain safety standards and site discipline
- Conduct final inspections before handover
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in interior project management
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Experience in handling premium residential or villa projects
- Exposure to modular kitchens, wardrobes, and custom carpentry work
- Familiarity with BOQ preparation and vendor costing
- Proficiency in MS Excel, project tracking tools, and basic design software is a plus
