JOB SUMMARY:
Provide effective leadership to Interior Design teaching, research and extension.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement Interior design department curriculum for undergraduate courses along with adjustment to local conditions.
- Fine tune teaching-learning process for interior design student's career development and skill set requirements.
- Bring about new innovation in teaching learning process with periodic evaluation.
- Formulate and supervise the cutting edge research in the field of engineering.
- Introduce innovative areas in different discipline of Interior Design.
- Formulate the institute's annual budgets and projections to match its requirements.
- Formulate strategies for effective placements of passing of students.
- Get the Institute affiliated/accredited to regulatory bodies.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Must be Masters in Design graduate with 10+years of experience.
- PhD will be preferred.
- Must have experience in Teaching.
- Set/Achieve current and long-term goal for internal teams.
- Have excellent communication & administration skill and stakeholder management skills.
- Judgment and Decision-making skills.
- Experience should be in Interior Design
- Good academic knowledge
