Interior Architect

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Architect based in Chennai. The Interior Architect will be responsible for designing and planning indoor spaces, developing interior concepts, overseeing interior fit-out projects, and working on architectural aspects to ensure designs align with functional and aesthetic goals. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients, coordinating with construction teams, and managing project timelines and deliverables.

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetic indoor environments
• Solid understanding of Architecture and Interior Architecture frameworks
• Experience in managing Interior Fit-out projects, including project implementation and coordination
• Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus
